Terms and Conditions

1. Registration, Account & Password

1.1 This agreement commences once you have indicated your acceptance in the Declaration section of the web sign up process where we store the specific data under the Data Protection Act 2018.

1.2 You must be 18 or older to use All Nighter Studios with a valid ID such as your Passport, UK Driving License or Provisional License under the Security Industry Authority. If you are younger than 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by your parent or a legal guardian over the age of 18 with a valid ID.

1.3 To register as a Member, you will need to submit Personal Information, a password, and valid email address. Personal information and aliases should be kept up to date. You may only use your Account for your own benefit, if another individual is seen using your information you will be automatically forbidden to use our Services under the Section 66 Data Protection Act 2018.

1.4 We require you to provide us with identification in order to prevent us from fraud, theft and money laundering taking place on site under Anti Money Laundering 2017. This includes photographic identification (Valid ID see clause 1.2).

1.5 We may also undertake our own identity fraud and credit check under Anti Money Laundering 2017

1.6 The amendments that can only be made are your ‘Stage Name’ or ‘Creative Role’. If you would like to change the other aspects of registration you would have to contact our support team - support@allnighterstudios.com

1.7 You must ensure that all information about you that is held by us is true, complete, not misleading and up to date.

1.8 Once you create your login details, your membership will be activated. You will gain FULL access to our website and booking system once the verification is confirmed.

1.9 You may need your Email Address and Password to book rooms on the site and must not disclose to any other person for your own protection

1.10 Do not share your password with anyone or allow anybody to use your account. You are solely responsible and liable for any use of the Site under your Account or any other use of your Email Address and Password. We are not liable for any improper use of your Password or Account under Data Protection Act 2018.

1.11 If it is determined that you have shared your account with any user, including those who have been banned from our platform, we retain the right to terminate your account without prior notice.

1.12 If your account has been terminated by us, you are prohibited from accessing any of our premises.

1.13 If you forget your Email Address or password, you can use the password recovery option or contact support@allnighterstudios.com

1.14 You may only hold one Member account. If we find out you hold more than one we have the right to suspend both accounts and charge a £50.00 fine without consent on the registered card.

1.15 Once you have registered with All Nighter Studio, you are automatically subscribed to our mailing list for latest news and updates. You are free to unsubscribe at any given time via email or contacting support@allnighterstudios.com

1.16 If your account has been registered on the site by another person you must inform us immediately.

1.17 You cannot transfer your membership details to anyone else.

1.18 Any Members account not accessed in 12 months may be terminated.

1.19 If you would like to terminate your account, please contact us at support@allnighterstudios.com

2. Restrictions

2.1 You agree to comply with all applicable laws, these membership terms and all rules applicable to the use of the site.

2.2 You agree not to:

2.2.1 Attempt to use another person’s identity to create membership or submit through a digital verification process under Fraud Act 2006

2.2.2 Satirise any other person or entity.

2.2.3 Deceitfully describe yourself or misrepresent (age and membership credentials).

2.2.4 Use or attempt to use another’s account.

2.2.5 Request members personal information (used on the site) from another person.

3. Acknowledgment

3.1.1 You agree to undertake;

3.1.2 Any conditional breach of clause 3 may enforce a £75.00 fine and termination of membership indefinitely.

3.1.3 Responsibility for the individuals, behaviour and safety who accompany you to the premises and room under reservation.

3.1.4 You and all individuals who accompany you to the premises of All Nighter Studios shall follow all our rules/guidance in respect of COVID-19 and shall not attend any All Nighter Studios. If you or they are displaying any COVID-19 symptoms and you shall inform All Nighter Studio immediately and reschedule your booking if you or they display any symptoms in the 14 days following the use of an All Nighter Studio.

3.1.5 You shall follow all Government guidance / laws applicable at the time of your Reservation and only attend All Nighter Studios in numbers lower than any limit for numbers of people meeting together indoors as set out in the Government guidance / laws applicable at the time of your Reservation.

3.1.6 You shall not give access to unknown members of the public to studios and premises.

3.1.7 Any form of gatherings or parties is forbidden on the premises and rooms and will result in a £75.00 fine. 

3.1.8 Not to damage any equipment or property in rooms or premises, failure to do so will result in compensating the item at current market price including Admin fees for restitution. This includes, but is not limited to, equipment in communal corridors, spare cupboards, kitchens, toilets or in external communal areas such as car parks, and car park entry/exit gate systems.

3.1.9 Not to remove equipment from the premises without prior authorisation. Unauthorised removal will be considered theft and reported to federal authorities. Violation may result in immediate account termination

3.1.10 If you have an issue that has not been resolved within our 15 minute time slot during your session, we shall compensate for that time period. However, if an issue has been resolved within the 15 minute time slot we will not be compensating that time period.

3.1.11  If you leave your session and the premises without contacting a member of our team via live chat or support@allnighterstudios.com due to a failure of usage of equipment your session will be non-refundable and we are not liable to compensate for loss time once you have left the premises.

3.1.12 Not to tamper, damage or cover up any fire alarms, fire doors, or fire safety equipment in premises and studios, failure to do so will resort to compensatory damages of £75.00 and will incur further charges issued by All Nighter Studio.

3.1.13 Not to tamper, damage or cover up any CCTV equipment in premises and studios, failure to do so will resort to compensatory damages up to £100.00. This includes and is not limited to CCTV equipment in communal corridors, communal areas or in external communal areas such as car parks and studio entrances.

3.1.14 To ensure there is no smoking or vaping or drug use in premises or studio rooms. Failure to do so will result in up to £200.00 fine and termination of Membership.

3.1.15 To maintain a clean and organised studio environment, kindly dispose of any waste or materials you bring into the studio using the designated bins within the rooms. It is essential to leave the room in impeccable condition for the next individual or group, preventing any inconvenience during their session. Failure to meet the cleanliness standards set by All Nighter Studios may incur a fine of £50.00 imposed by our cleaning services. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant and hassle-free experience for everyone using the studio facilities.

3.1.16 To ensure you do not unveil door codes to members of the public, please let us know immediately if such codes have been disclosed to any other person.

3.1.17 To ensure you and all individuals you accompanied are aware of all fire evacuation procedures and fire safety rules available on site.

3.1.18 To follow the capacity per room for health and safety reasons. Customers may pay for extra capacity before checkout allows a maximum of 2 individuals beyond the authorised limit. Any unauthorised exceedance of the capacity will result in a ‘gathering fine’ - Gathering Fine, see Section 1(e)

3.1.19 To leave the premises of a studio by the end of apportioned reservation time. Failure to do so will result in a fine up to £35.00 per hour (10 mins leeway time). Please be informed this is a continuum.

3.1.20 To immediately report to us any lost, stolen or damaged equipment found by you on the premises or rooms by chat, social media or email. Failing to do so will encounter a charge to yourself. (please see Section 1 Charges & Fines)

3.1.21 That you are responsible for any equipment you bring onto studio premises. Neither we nor the studio shall have any responsibility for damage, theft or loss of your equipment.

3.1.22 In the event that All Nighter terminates your account, your remaining credits including any promotional credit & vouchers will not be refunded back to your card. It will be forfeited without any reimbursement or compensation.

3.1.23 Not to invite or host individuals who have been banned from our premises. Should we suspect the presence of a banned user, we will promptly notify you via call, email, or text, and request that they vacate the premises immediately.

3.1.24 Not to bring equipment or electricals that are electrical worthiness that could cause harm to the studio premises as part of your reservation.

3.1.25 Not to bring any unlawful equipment or substances on the studio premises such as sharp objects, knives, Guns, or Illegal drugs, that would cause harm or instigate fear or harassment.

3.1.26 To report any suspicious behaviour or mistreatment of studio premises to us and the studio immediately via email or social media. 

3.1.27 To ensure to not leave any valuables while parking around the premises, neither we nor the studio shall have any responsibility for damage, theft or loss of your valuables.

3.1.28 To report any lost property, please contact support@allnighterstudios.com within a 48 hour time frame, if you do not report your lost property, we are not liable for the loss. If your item is not recovered within a 14 day period, we will dispose of your items.

3.1.29 Upon booking a room through our website at any location, the total amount displayed is the exact sum that will be debited from your account.

3.1.30 Not to breach any of the terms and our rules.

3.1.31 Our power shuts down at the end of each session. We are not liable for any unsaved work in any of the rooms that you have booked for your session. You are responsible for saving your work and sending it yourself. Please ensure you do so after each session as it is your own responsibility. 

3.1.32 To compensate us for any loss, damage, liability, expenses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) which we or any third party incur as a result of your breaching.

3.1.33 If you damage, destroy or tamper with any equipment, structure, fixtures, or fittings that is part of the room in our building you will be liable for charges. This will result in our team taking the room out of use and you will be liable to pay for the loss of earnings that All Nighter Studios may occur. Everything will be communicated in writing via email. 

3.1.34 To pay us the specific fines where applicable. (please see Section 1 Charges & Fines)

3.1.35 To ensure there is no use of canisters, or any form of balloon Gas (Helium, Nitrogen in the premises or studio rooms, or). Failure to do so will result in a fine up to £200.00 and your membership may be terminated.

3.1.36 All Nighter Studios does not allow the use of tobacco or any form of drug substance under any circumstance to be used on site or to be used on our equipment or furniture. Failure to do so will result in a fine up to £200.00

4. Room Bookings

4.1 You may only book a room;

(a) If you are 18 or older, unless accompanied by your parent / legal guardian over 18.

(b) You have a valid membership & passed Verification.

4.2 To book a room, we may require you to complete fields with correct credentials, provide us with identification and documentation to prevent fraud and money laundering taking place. ID Required will include Photographic identification and face recognition. Our third party provider may undertake further checks.

4.3 All Nighter Studios may make changes to the terms and conditions regularly, If you are not content with the changes you must stop using the site or service provided. If you continue to use the services, this will indicate your acceptance of these changes.

4.4 If you are under 18 years old you will need the permission of your parent/guardian to enter these Terms, set up an Account and make a Reservation. Any Reservations for anyone under 18 must be attended by that individual’s parent or legal guardian.

4.5 The details of the All Nighter Studios are available and will be clearly shown on the Site. We reserve the right to modify and terminate our booking system and prices at any time at our sole discretion.

4.6 Room bookings can be made via the website only. It is the members responsibility to make sure the correct room and time is booked. 

4.6.1 You are allowed to cancel your room booking 4 hours prior to your booking. Failing to cancel your reservation in time will result in no refund. However, you will only be able to amend your booking.

4.6.1 You are allowed to amend your room booking 2 hours prior to your booking. Your membership will be credited to your account for the price of the room you have booked. This must be used to book your next session. Any credit that is held in your account cannot be refunded or transferred to another account.

Failure to comply with the following, All Nighter Studio will not be liable for any compensation.

4.7 If your device is not compatible with any equipment in All Nighter Studio we are not liable to compensate. Please ensure you have checked that your devices are compatible with our equipment (see allnighterstudios.com/support).

4.8 All issues or technical faults must be reported immediately during your session. If you fail to report an issue during your session, or leave the session without notifying us of the issue, you will not be eligible for a refund or any form of compensation. Similarly, reports made after your session has ended cannot be considered for refunds or adjustments, as we are unable to verify or address the issue in real time.

4.9 If an issue occurs during your booking that prevents you from using a room as intended, please notify us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the issue cannot be resolved during your session, you will be refunded for the remaining time of your booking. A full investigation will then be carried out by our on-site engineer. If the engineer confirms a fault or issue with our equipment or facilities, you will be issued a full refund for the affected session.

4.10 All Nighter Studios does not support any software or external equipment. We are only compliant to our own internal equipment that we provide in our services.

4.11 All Nighter Studios is a cash-free business, and payments are exclusively accepted online through our website via credit or debit card. Payments must be made by the named cardholder or with explicit permission from the named cardholder.

4.12 When you book a room via our website, it will indicate the full amount which you authorise us to debit from your chosen payment. You further authorise us to take payment to reimburse us in any loss, damage, liability, expenses or cost incurred as a result of your breaching in clause 3. Provided that you have complied with these Terms, we shall remove any such pre-authorisation in respect of a Reservation.

4.13 Please be aware where you book an All Nighter Studio in a territory that you are not domiciled in that the local laws in the territory in which the All Nighter Studio is based will apply. You hereby confirm that you will read and agree to the terms applicable for that territory. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a person acting as a Consumer hereunder shall still be entitled to rely on the mandatory consumer law provisions where they are domiciled.

5. Fees and Charges

5.1 Our acceptance of your Booking will take place when you have paid and have received confirmation of your Order by email.  You shall pay the full fee as indicated on making a Booking.

5.2 Please note we may reject a Booking if we are unable to process it, which could be due to an error on the Site or technical problems, in which case we will inform you, and not charge you and will refund you if your payment has already been made.

5.3 Please note that any card attached to your account will automatically be charged if a strike has occurred. You will be notified via email about the following charge. If for any reason we cannot charge your card on your account with All Nighter Studios, we will email you an invoice and we will temporarily suspend your account until the invoice has been paid.

5.4 In the event of any fines incurred on our premises due to violations of our terms and conditions, if another cardholder's card is used, that card may be charged for any resulting fines.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 You shall be entitled to cancel your membership at any given time.

6.2 You may cancel a booking 4 hours before the session, failure to do so will result in no refund. (see clause 4.6)

6.3 You may amend a booking 2 hours before your session. (see clause 4.6)

6.4 Any goodwill credit cannot be refunded back to your card or transferred to another account and will only be valid for 3 months. 

6.5 Promotion credit & vouchers cannot be refunded back to your card or transferred to another account. All vouchers and remaining credit will be forfeited without any reimbursement

6.6 If you arrive late for your room booking, we will not reschedule the remaining time nor give any compensation. 

6.7 If you miss your session for whatever reason, you will not receive a refund. All customers would need to rebook their session.

6.8 In the event we cancel or reschedule your booking, we will contact you via email or phone. We will offer credit to your account for you to make another room booking or refund the booking fee.

6.9 You will automatically receive a refund if any event happens out of our control such as

(a) an epidemic or pandemic; a terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations;

(b) a nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom;

(c) any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or failing to grant a necessary licence or consent;

(d) a collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident;

(e) any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts;

(f) non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors;

(g) interrupting or failure of no water or lack of power i.e. no lights excluding the use of the internet as it is by a secondary provider. 

7. Correspondence 

7.1 All Nighter Studios website provides means by which you can communicate with us. We will communicate via live chat to members and non-members for inquiries. We will also correspond to members’ email addresses provided on application.

7.2 You accept that we have no control over any user content as we do not moderate it. However, if you alert us to user content that is unlawful, we shall remove it from the site.

7.3 Although, we are not obliged to do so, we may remove or reject any User Content. You agree that we may process and store any user content you submit to the Site.

7.4 You will not post or submit any statements, materials or other content that may come across as inappropriate, abusive, harassment, pornography, discrimination & defamatory.

7.5 You will not post or submit any statements, materials or other content that may harm the systems of All Nighter Studios, including any computer virus or other malicious software.

7.6 You will not post or submit any statements, materials or other content that may contain video, photographs, or images of any other person without his or her permission (or in the case of a minor, the minor’s legal guardian).

7.7 You will not post or submit any statements, materials or other content that contains confidential information of any kind including passwords.

7.8 You must not interfere with another member’s use of the site

7.9 You must not impersonate any moderator, administrator or any staff or any other person connected with All Nighter Studios.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

8.1 Any content provided by us as a part of the Services shall be owned by us.

8.2 We own all the rights to the content on our Site and the Services we offer.

8.3 You hereby grant to us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub- licensable, worldwide licence to, use, distribute, modify, copy, reproduce, and publicly perform the User Content. This licence can end at any time upon you cancelling your agreement.

9. Our Responsibility For Loss Or Damage Suffered By You

9.1 We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by any problems that may arise because of your or anyone’s use of our site or the services we provide.

9.2 We are not liable for business losses. If you are a consumer, we only supply the Services for domestic and private use.

10. Insurance

10.1 You hereby agree to insure, defend and hold us and our officers, directors, owners, employees, contractors, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees, (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all damage, loss, liability, expenses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of:

(a) any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation you commit under Fraud Act 2006

(b) any inaccuracy or defect in any of the information you have provided to us;

(c) any breach by you of applicable law or regulation

(d) any breach by you of these Terms; and

(e) third party claims arising from your use of the Service, User Content or any use of the Site (whether or not such use was by you) and any of your Reservations.

10.2 You shall cooperate with us in the defence of any claim. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

11. Breach, Suspension & Termination

11.1 We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach any of these terms.

11.2 We will suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you are fraudulently or improperly using our services. 

11.3 We may give you reasonable notice if we decide to terminate your account.

11.4 We may cancel, amend and suspend a Reservation or delete your account at any given time, and you will be notified via email as to what has occurred. This could be for any apparent reason.

11.5 - if your account is terminated and you use another account or attempt to create another account. A charge will incur and we will terminate your membership.

12. Data

12.1 We will only use the personal information you provide to us

(a) To process your payment

(b) To supply the services to you

(c) To give you information about future services and updates

13. General

13.1 We may make reasonable changes to these terms and conditions at any time provided that we give you advance notice of the change via email. 

13.2 We may change our prices accordingly and inform you within a reasonable time frame before booking our services.You will be notified via email. 

13.3 Some features and Services may be subject to additional terms. We will draw these terms to your attention before you use those features or services. 

13.4 If there is ever a conflict between these Terms or other instructions, guidance and similar information found on the Site, these Terms will take priority.

13.5 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any instructions, guidance and similar information found on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and All Nighter Studios relating to your use of the Site and Services, to the exclusion of any other terms.

13.6 Our failure to enforce any term does not constitute our waiver of that term.

13.7 If any event out of our control prevents us from providing any of the Services hereunder for more than 4 weeks, we shall, without limiting our other rights or remedies, have the right to terminate the Services or our agreement with you by written notice.

13.8 If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, it will be amended to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable and the remainder of the provisions will remain in full force and effect.

13.9 The Site is intended for and directed at the United Kingdom. No representation or warranty is made as to whether the Site complies with the laws of any other country.

13.10 These Terms are subject to the laws of England and Wales under Data Protection Act 2018

13.11 All questions, comments or enquiries should be directed to us, and we will try to respond within 48 hours.

13.12 Please be aware that we may occasionally monitor your studio sessions through the CCTV cameras, this also includes audio. This will help us to improve our services and provide a good, stable, and safe environment.

Terms and Conditions – Wi-Fi Service

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our Wi-Fi service (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Service Provision

1.1 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of the Wi-Fi network or its compatibility with your devices.

1.2 While we strive to provide a reliable and efficient Wi-Fi service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service. The Service may be subject to limitations, delays, and other issues beyond our control.

2. Compensation

2.1 We will not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the unavailability, poor performance, or malfunctioning of the Wi-Fi service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or information
  
• Loss of business opportunities
  
• Interruption of work or productivity
  
• Any other financial or non-financial loss

2.2 You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is at your own risk. We shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of your reliance on the Service or the inability to access the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your device(s) are compatible with the Wi-Fi network and meet the necessary technical requirements to access the Service.

3.2 You shall use the Service in a lawful manner and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and our acceptable use policy.

4. Force Majeure

4.1 We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Wi-Fi service if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorist attacks, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Modification of Terms

5.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice or liability.

5.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

Coupons & Promotion Codes

1. All promotions codes & coupons cannot be used in conjunction with another promotional code.
   
2. All promotions codes & coupons are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for any cash value.
   
3. All promotions codes & coupons will have an expiration date.
   
4. Some promotions codes & coupons may only be given to a targeted marketing campaign.
   
5. If our platform does not recognise any promotions codes or coupons for any reason, we may have disabled them.
   
6. We are able to disable promotions codes or coupons at any given time.

Section 1 – Fines and Penalties

1. You agree to pay fines where there has been a breach of clause 3. These fines are payable in full to replace/repair damages and will only be discounted if we agree so in writing. Failing to pay a fine your account will be terminated.

1.2. Multiple breaches may encounter multiple fines and a terminated account.

1.3. Fines include:

(a) £75.00 for damage or cover up of any fire alarms, fire doors, or fire safety equipment in premises and studios.

(b) £100.00 for damage or cover up of any CCTV equipment in premises and studios.

(c) £35.00 per hour for overstaying time in session (leeway period of 10 minutes).

(d) £75.00 for smoking or vaping in premises or studio rooms.

(e) £75.00 for breaching ‘gathering’ restriction.

(f) Up to £200.00 for drug use (all classes) or any residues left in the studios or premises (including outside area).

(g) Up to £350.00 for the misuse of safety equipment provided by All Nighter Studios for activating the fire alarm through smoking or vaping.

(h) £50.00 for excessive mess in the premises or studio rooms.

(i) For damaging or tampering equipment a charge will incur on the price of the equipment.

(j) Full cost of replacing the equipment if the item is not repairable includes damages from spillages of any fluids. (a fine will be calculated by the purchased price).

(k) Full cost (including labour work) if damages made to the structure, fixtures, and fittings of All Nighter Studios.

1.4 Strikes

1.4.1 A strike will occur when you have encountered a fine. A fine can come under any of the following we have stated above i.e. leaving the establishment untidy, use or consumption of drugs.

1.4.2 You will be informed via an email once a strike has been issued which will remain on your account for 180 days. If another strike is issued within these days, your account will be terminated

Section 2 – Tutoring

2.1 If you intend to use All Nighter Studios for tuition of any nature, you agree that:

(a) You are a business;

(b) You have comprehensive Public Liability Insurance up to the value of £5,000,000.

(c) You are of the over 18 of age

(d) You are trained in Basic First Aid by a certified body or organisation and the certificate awarded is valid and has not expired.

(e) You are equipped with a First Aid Box that contains sufficient and appropriate supplies. 

(f) All equipment that you bring to the Reservation is fit and worthy of its purpose and poses no danger to you, the participants, or guests

(g) You will explain all the emergency evacuation procedures

(h) You will work in a safe manner

(i) Report any accident of any kind with full information that may occur to our help desk either via live chat or email within 24 hours.

(j) We do not allow anyone under the age of 18 years old unless they are accompanied by their parents or a legal guardian.

2.3 If you are providing or teaching any person under the age of 18, you accept that:

2.3.1 You adhere to all the terms and conditions. 

2.3.2 You have a valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check; 

2.3.3 You are over 18 years of age; 

2.3.4 Ensure you carry out your due diligence with any assistants you are working with are over 16 years of age and also carry valid Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

2.3.5 You have completed a Safeguarding & Child Protection Impact Assessment and have a structured and valid policy;

2.3.6 You will ensure all minors are supervised at all times during the Reservation and are greeted by you or your validated assistants at the point of entry before the Reservation commences;

2.3.7 Participants classed as minors are escorted to toilets when required and are supervised on return to the All Nighter Studio;

2.3.8 Participants classed as minors are not permitted to wander the building, car park or any other room alone or in groups containing other minors and are only reunited with a parent, legal guardian at the end of the Reservation at an agreed pick up point on the premise;

2.3.9 You will explain the emergency evacuation procedures and amenities to all participants and guests prior to the commencement of the Reservation;

2.3.10 You will carry physically or digitally a copy of all emergency contacts for the participants involved if they are minors;

2.3.11 You will not produce or shoot any media such as photographs and videos of any participants;

2.3.12 You will surrender, on-demand, any documentation relating to this Schedule for All Nighter Studios to confirm its validity and that you are executing your obligations in accordance with these Terms;

2.3.13 You hereby accept and affirm that failure to produce these documents on demand may result in your account being suspended

Section 3 – Video & Audio Recording

3.1 You may use your own equipment to live streaming or recording functions.

3.2 We do not own any rights to any footage or audio recorded

3.3 All content streamed or recorded shall be original to you or you shall have the authorisation to share it. We have no copyrights to this.

3.4 You shall not share content that may reveal hateful conduct is any content or activity that promotes, encourages, or facilitates discrimination, denigration, objectification, harassment, or violence based on race, ethnicity, origin, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, medical condition, suicide threats, intentional physical trauma, use of illegal drugs, drinking excessively or physical characteristics if our logo and premises is visible in any live footage. All accounts associated with such conduct will be suspended. The categories all fall under Mental Health Act 1983, Sex Discrimination Act 1975 and Disability Discrimination Act 1995.

Section 4 – Our Rules

4.1 We want you to have the best experience when using All Nighter Studios, we ask you to respect the terms and conditions outlined

4.1.1 Keep doors in your session closed – please respect our neighbours.

4.1.2 No use of Drugs, Smoking, Vaping, Canisters, and balloon gas (Nitrous Oxide) In Studios or Premises. Any breaking of this rule will result in a fine of up to £200.00.

4.1.3 You take full responsibility for the room & equipment during your booking.

4.1.4 Beverages are allowed in sessions, they must be kept away from the equipment to prevent any water damage. Please use our drink holders in the room in order to ensure no spillages. If there are any spillages, please clean it up straight away and ensure that the equipment is still intact. If the equipment is not in tact, we are obliged to give a fine.

4.1.5 Any purpose damage to equipment will encounter a fine and an instant membership removal.

4.1.6 Please tidy up after your session in time for the next customer. Please be informed that if the room you have booked is messy or has an unpleasant smell, please do contact us asap.

4.1.7 Switch off the air-con/heater after use.

4.1.8 Please allow time to pack up just before your session ends, time breaching over 10 minutes will result in a £35.00 fine per hour.

4.1.9 Do not move any chairs or equipment out of the room.

4.1.10 Please check and test all equipment before you start your session.

email.

We may terminate this agreement with immediate effect on notifying you if you are in breach of our Rules.

When using our Studios, you hereby accept and affirm you will abide by our rules as indicated above as well as any other clauses within these Terms.
